Well hello I am finally here, 8 week challenge done, I have to say how amazing i feel with these products and all thanks to Yor Health and my Rep for introducing me to them. I have told all my family and friends about these great products and how they truly work.
I have lost a lot in inches and 2 kgs on the scales which I am very happy with as i fit and look so much better in my clothes, I did not reach my goal weight but i try to look at toning and not the scales.
Yor health gave me that extra push that I needed as i
reached a plateau before the challenge and nothing
was shifting.
I ate 90% healthy and 10% treats and reduced refined flours and cut back on alcohol too.
I drank a lot of water and green tea every day.
I exercised 3-5 times per week at the gym with a mixture of classes, cardio and weights.
The products I took were Yor Fibre with a protein shake, Yor Digest Ultra before lunch and dinner and that's all i took, I am ready to start another challenge as i still have a bit to go and to try a lot more products.
