I can honestly say this challenge was tough for me... To take my before pictures that I've been avoiding because I didn't want to see what the truth was and what I really looked like. I've gained a lot of weight and I wasn't happy and most definitely not confident. I lost hope and started to love food more than loving myself. One day I felt a serious pain in my chest and it almost felt like my heart skipped a beat.. At that point I felt scared and I didn't want to go through or suffer any major health complications at an early age. In that moment I decided to join the challenge! I didn't want to go backwards. I decided to stop putting off the challenge.

In the first 4 weeks it was definitely hard for me. I kept going back to my old habits and I wasn't exercising like I should be. I watched myself eat in front of a mirror one day and I was completely disgusted of who I have became and I broke down for a few hours. I picked myself back up and that was the turning point... In the 8 weeks I was able to get myself on track. I exercised 3 times a week and I took the complete product line. 3 YOR Shakes a day, one in the morning with my Supergreens, one after my work out and one for dinner. In between my shakes I ate my meals and I would take 2 super slims 30 minutes before my meal 2 vitamins, 1 digest. I would take my repair and probiotics along with another Supergreens before bed. My starting weight was 250lbs and I am currently 241 lbs I was able to lose 9 lbs. in the last 4 weeks and I promised myself that I would stick to it. I reminded myself everyday that I needed to get better and stay consistent. It was a struggle at first but now I can say that it is easier to get to my fitness goals because the challenge is a great platform to stay on track and it has taught me to get back up and continue no matter how far behind you are, just start! I don't want to feel the pain physically and mentally anymore. I can now say that I'm going to continue to join the 8 week challenge.
