My first cycle I did not have many results mainly because I didn't believe I could drop weight that fast. I have a thyroid disease that does not allow me to drop weight at a normal weight. It takes me a while before dropping one pound. After seeing all my friend's results during that first cycle, it inspired me and I began to work out consistently in groups, ate right and took my YOR Health products. I love all the products but the ones I mainly used for my 2nd cycle was the Digest Ultra for every meal, Probiotic Ultra before bed to not feel bloated in the morning, Complete Burn to help me sweat more and give me energy during my workouts, and the YOR Shakes (meal replacements) for breakfast and snacks.
I am not saying the YH products cured my disease, because that is not the intention. The products aided in my weight management and bettered my digestion 100%. I would not have been able to get the results I have without taking the products, exercising 3 times a week (on average), and not over eating (knowing when not to eat).
I am very happy with my results even though I did not hit my 115lb. mark. My jeans from years ago are loose on me today and I am excited to help others reach their goals and get excited too. I am committed to getting better results for the next cycle...time for a flat tummy!
