Hola hermosa familia YorHealth, estoy muy feliz de compartir con ustedes los nuevos resultados de mi reto.
Plenamente convencida de los beneficios que la buena nutrición nos da, les comento que mi rutina es de 45 minutos de Crossfit en nivel 2, y mi alimentación es la de una persona normal pero siempre acompañada por el sistema completo YOR Best Body, esto hace que mi entrenamiento este lleno de energía y mis días tengan mejor calidad en todos los aspectos.
