Hola a todos como estan???

Yo estoy feliz, por que si llegaron aquí es para ver los increíbles cambios que tuvo toda la comunidad del reto de 8 semanas en este ciclo.

Empecemos, en este ciclo, además de combinar un poco ejercicio con los productos, tuve la oportunidad de mantenerme y a pesar que son fechas de fiestas decembrinas y demás, pude mantener mi peso y sentirme mucho más activo y con mayor energía durante todo el día.

Los principales productos que me tomé durante mi ciclo de 8 semanas fueron.

Por la mañana

1 probiotics y 1 repair 6:30 a.m. (ayunas)
Yor MRP Vainilla (2 scups) c/ 1 scup de fibra como complemento de desayuno. 8.30 a.m
2 super slims 9:00 a.m.

Por la tarde
2 super slims 1:00 p.m.
1 enzima digestiva (con mis alimentos cotidianos) 1:30 p.m.

1. Berry blast c/ supergreens y fibra (como colación) 4:30 p.m.
2 essentials vitamin junto con mi cena. 9.00 p.m.


Estoy muy contento con este reto de 8 semanas, por que sé que con pequeños hábitos puedo mantenerme y por que no?, mejorar! y lograr el mejor cuerpo de mi vida!!
