After trying the MRP, completeburn the first month i saw my physical fitness level go up. My weight went down but it came back. I had been doing cardio with quite a lot of weights. I worked out at least 5 times a week and honestly ate poorly. I still lost weight which I was impressed with. The second half of the challenge I continued to have a poor diet which i am ashamed of but i still managed to tone up. I intensified my workouts and changed to taking the complete burn, ultra digest, and the ultra repair. I took an Army Physical Fitness test, and outscored quite a lot to people. Had the 3 best overall score. Normally i would be sore the next day and even later on that day but i felt i could repeat the performance later on that day. I have been asked by people i see what are you taking? I tell them and tell them ive gained weight but of muscle. I still eat what i want as much as I want and have not gone over the weight than what i started with. I have enough energy that the last 2 weeks i go to the gym 2 times a day for 4 days of the week. And just keep going. the complete burn gives me the energy without the jittery feeling. Its quite impressive. Ive taken many supplements before and they have helped but not like this. I had to stay on strict diets and still did not see the complete progress like the ones i take now. It helps and i feel great. Now all i need is to work on that diet and maybe i would have really done better than now.
