Tome el paquete Fitness como me lo recomendo mi amiga, los probioticos al despertar, despues desayunaba con digestivos, compre aparte las vitaminas y me tomaba 6 al dia, la malteada me la tomaba antes y despues del gym con fruta, el berry lo ocupo para medio dia que la vdd en mi trabajo me cansaba mucho. El super green cuando me daba hambre lo tomo con agua o con jugo y musculo durante el gym.
Mi meta era definir y aunque aun me falta estoy muy contento por que ya se noto el cambio, voy a seguir entrenando y en el reto. Estoy muy contento lo unico que hice diferente fue ser constante y comer a mis horas.
