My goals for this challenge were to lose weight, gain energy, improve my fitness and feel healthy! With a 6 year old and 3 year old running around energy levels were high priority to me.
I started the program on the Go Green regime but after the first 4 weeks changed to just Digestive, Fibre, Berry Blast and MRP, I found these products worked best for me. After not having all the full detox effects at the beginning, I have found later through the process that I was digesting the food better and I was a lot more regular. On the occasional cheat meal if it was too unhealthy my body would quickly discard it, I put this down to my digestive system working better.
At the beginning of using the products I weighed in at 75.2kg, after the 8 weeks I have only had a small loss of 1.5kg but a massive 39cm off my body, which I can actually say I am very happy with.
