My 8 week challenge started 3 weeks late due to a family holiday. So these results I have achieve in 5 weeks!!
Being a mum of two I found I had slipped Into the couch potato, watch cartoons with the kids kind of mum.
I had no energy to keep with my nearly 5 and nearly 2.5 year when we did go outside and play.
I have always been a terrible eater too, not shy to say I can eat a block of chocolate in one sitting!! but now I am making better and healthier choices and not only for myself but for my kids too!!
I have been walking and jogging (as much as I can) everyday, anywhere from 4-7 Kms a day! This is with a double pram with the kids, so pushing 33kg in kids weight + the 10kg pram!!
I have been taking my probiotics every morning at 7am - I have a berry blast first thing with my walk. I have a healthy breakfast & a vanilla meal replacement with super greens and fibre for lunch, with a digest ultra tablet - I will confess I hate the taste of the essential vitamin so I haven't been taking much of that. I have healthy snacks and have replace diet coke with water! Health and energy wise I feel great and can keep up with the kids - I don't want to sit still anymore. Thanks to supportive family and friends AND strangers YOR Health has given me a better life.
So I have lost 7kgs and 57cm all over - so proud of myself!
