I started the 8 week challenge with the intention of kick starting my baby weight loss goal of 15kg. I started using the go green pack with both the vanilla and choc MRP replacing either 1 or 2 meals a day depending on what I was doing on the day. Not only have the products kick started my weight loss (down 4.8kg and 29cm over 8 weeks) but I've also felt less bloated, more energetic and just generally better in myself. I did have a few set back throughout the challenge with my baby suffering croup followed by gastro so getting out and about to exercise was harder but as soon as I started my regime again I knew I was back on track. I look forward to continuing using the products to help me achieve my weight loss and fitness goals.
