This is my second 8 week challenge with Yor Health & although I feel I didn't work as hard in this challenge I still feel I got some amazing results. When u first started the yor health sups I was 74.5kgs, I initially just started taking the go green pack but after 4 weeks in I decided that if I wanted to see the results I desired I needed to be fully committed so I started taking everything.
To date I am now 67.5kgs, have lost over 40cms & feel that my whole body shape has just completely changed. I am participating in sessions that I didn't think were possible for me anymore, am back to running long distance, have gone up 10kgs in upper body training & have almost double my leg training weight. I actually feel my age which is something I haven't felt in a long time. I slacked off onwards the end of this challenge due to letting the excuses get in my way but I just know that I have so much more to give as far as sculpting & can't wait to start my next 8 week challenge in the new year to take my training levels to a whole new level.
Once finding the Yor health sups I think it's safe to say that I will never be going back to my old ways. I commit to get fit! :)
