I decided to join the 8 week challenge as I was unhappy with the way my body was. At the end of the 8 week challenge I have manage to lose a total of 3.7kg and 31.5cm. I have not only seen physical changes and improvements but my overall health has improved. Throughout the challenge I used the probiotic ultra, digestive ultra, fibre plus, yor shakes and super slim. I went for a daily walk of at least 7 kilometres and at home did squats, push-ups, sit-ups and incorporated a couple of yoga sessions towards the end of the challenge.
Working in childcare I was constantly finding myself sick catching any illness that went through the centre. Since beginning this challenge and taking the products I have not been sick once. I am getting a better nights sleep and finding myself having more energy upon waking. The last four weeks saw a decrease in the amount of exercise I undertook due to a back injury which restricted what I could do.
