I started my YOR health journey in January 2014. I liked the products and used them on and off for a few months but it wasn't until my Dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer that I realised how important digestive health really is. So for me, the past 8 weeks has been a great way to see how by using the products consistently I was able to lose 27.5cm overall. I am pleased with these results as I will be honest - it was hard to focus 100% of the time on eating well and exercising everyday, but it goes to show how well the YOR health products really work! I may not have met all of my initial goals but I can now see how to get really get there! I particularly love the digestive enzyme to reduce bloating and break down food, the berry blast to boost the afternoon energy slump and the fibre to help 'keep me regular' which is extremely important to me and the reason I am back on the products. I will continue to take the products and be supporter and help others jump on board this reputable brand because IT WORKS! ??????

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
