Last 8 weeks where pretty amazing!
Totally felted in love with YOR products! Every morning had a SUPERGREENS and FIBER with juice. First months I got through detox. Now finally thankful for Yor products I have glowing skin without pimples. I thought it never gonna disappear after many years.
For lunch PROTEIN and before go to bed to calm my bowels I took PROBIOTICS. My digestion has improved a lot! I'm not bloated anymore!
Been exercising with my friends and by myself. 5-6 times a week. Done a lot of yoga, some running and circle training.
Never though that I can do something with my body and it is pretty amazing to realise that I actually can!
Even I was exercising before I gain weight for some reason. Now I really believe My body improved because of products as well.
This is just beginning and I can't wait to get most of it and join another challenge soon!
