I got my life back!!! I have always been a very slim person and try to be as active as I can be. Until 2 years ago that was the turning point of my life, I loss my mother to kidney cancer and I felt as a huge part of me was missing. I didn't know how to handle her loss, but turn to food for comfort to fill in that pain, anger and sadness. The day of my birthday, turning 27 years old, I decide to take control of my health seriously. I decide to join the 8 week challenge. I love it. I enjoy the challenge especially the YORHEALTH PRODUCTS. It's so simple to used and it taste amazing!! In the morning I would take 1 probiotics, 1 repair, 1 complete burn follow by my mrp+ fiber. lunch I'll take digestive+complete burn+ 2 vitamin and my meal. dinner: I'll take digestive+complete burn+2 vitamin and light meal. before bed: 1 repair. I exercise 4-5 time a week about 1 hr. I felt great, I have more energy throughout the day, I'm more focus, I don't have any food deprived or cravings. The best part, I able to fit into my jeans without sucking in my stomach to button up my pants.
