Hello. My name is Natalie Sala.
I took on the YOR best body challenge soon after having my 2nd baby as I was far from my pre-baby weight and felt horrible. My husband had great success with his challenge and I seen first hand how great he felt taking these high quality products. So I signed up for the challenge and extremely glad I did.
I weighed in at 70.5 kilos prior to the challenge and complete my 8 weeks at 65 Kgs.
Over this timeframe I felt fantastic, running around after a 2 year old and a newborn was very tiring prior to taking up the challenge, the products gave me the energy & well being I needed to get through a busy day.
I would start the day with YOR MRP mixed with fibre & super greens & vitamins. I would have a small snack between breakfast & lunch. For lunch I would usually have a healthy sandwich with a yoghurt or piece of fruit along with digest & vitamins.
Afternoon snack I would have YOR MRP.
Dinner I would have one of many healthy choices, salad wraps, stir frys, salad & protein along with digest & vitamins.
Before bed I would take a probiotic.
As I was breastfeeding I didn't consume the berry blast or repair tablet, and this was my own personal choice not to.
I tried to exercise minimum 3 times a week however this wasn't always the case with my small children. On a Wednesday I would attend a short circuit fitness class for an hour.
YOR health 8 week best body challenge has given me the energy & strength to get through my busy days, it has encouraged our household to make better food options and incorporate regular exercise into our busy week.
