Hello Everyone,
My starting weight was 185 and i ended at 178. A total of 7 lbs lost.
I was taking the YOR Shake to replace one meal a day. Digestive Enzymes with my meals, Supergreens and Complete Burn.
I would say that i exercised 4 times a week.
The biggest thing for me with this challenge was to truly see if these products will work without really changing my eating habits and workout routine. I was shocked to have been able to lose 7lbs. For many thats not a lot of weight, but i have been stuck at my weight for over a year so to begin seeing the scale begin to drop again was a total shock! More important than the weight is the amount of inches that i was able to shrink off my chest and gut! I would be lying if i told you all that i ate like a supermodel or athlete. I still had my family weekend bbq's and ate out 2-3 times a week.
If this challenge can create these type of results without extreme commitment or dedication, I can only imagine what will happen with my 2nd challenge, stay tune and please vote for me :)
