yo pesaba 181 libras antes de ingresar al reto y nunca crei que pudiera alcanzar mi peso ideal de 175 libras ya que soy muy poco disciplinado a la hora de hacer ejercicio y sobre todo a la hora de cuidar mi alimentacion ya que soy de la personas que todo se le antoja sobre todo los dulces y el pan lo que me ayudo a bajar de peso fue ponerme la meta de utilizar como se debe la mrp la utilice como desayuno y como cena y lo sorprendete para mi fue que me satisfacia tanto la malteada que tambien me la tomaba cuando se me antojaba algun dulce o algun pan adicionalmente a esto tambien salia a correr por las mañanas durante 1 h para poder quemar grasas y calorias extras
