First of all, these products have seriously changed my life. I jumped on them about 5 months ago, and saw amazing results straight away. I managed to lose roughly 10kg in the first 10 weeks without changing a thing. That included minimal exercise. That's when I decided to knuckle down and do an 8-week challenge properly.
So when I started, I started eating as healthy as I could (there may have been some bad meals...) and going to the gym as often as I could, which was usually at least 5 times a week. I started with mainly cardio for the first week or two, but then really started getting in to the weights, and working on my abs.
The results I have seen have just blown me away. I have been taking every product. With the greens, fibre and berry blast in the morning. Digest and Mulitivitamins with lunch and dinner and MRP throughout the day and/or after gym and finally Repairs and a Probiotic before bed. They have all worked a treat, with my energy levels through the roof, sleep as good as ever, and muscle recovery is the best it's ever been.
I started the 8-week challenge at 77kg and had hoped to get down to 72kg...Well, I dropped to that within the first 5 weeks, finally weighing in at 68.1kg.
I never thought in my life I would weigh less than 70kg and be in the shape I am, it is truly amazing.
