Before I started my 8 week challenge I struggled to find enough energy to be consistent with my gym work, and having a fast metabolism I struggled to gain weight/muscle. The Yor Health products gave me the much needed energy to really push and test myself at the gym and in other areas of my life. I straight away noticed a massive improvement on my overall health, my mental clarity, and my drive within. I take nearly all of the Yor Health products daily with the exception of the super slim and honestly never knew my body could feel like this!

I was amazed to see the scales climb for the first time in my life whilst reducing my overall body fat, and that was just one of the many benefits I found. I was stoked to be able to hit my goal weight of 72kg, it's been amazing to be able to get more results in 8 weeks than I have had in the last year of training.

To achieve this, this was my daily routine was:

Breakfast
Then morning shake with super greens, mrp, fibre
Before gym I would have a Berry blast shake
Then after gym another MRP shake
And at night I would have before bed a probiotic and repair tablet .
With all meals I had a digest and 2 vitamins

Over the moon with my results and will be starting my next 8 week challenge tomorrow.
