Hello my name is eteuati tui.

I was introduced to YOR health by a good friend and it couldn't have come at a better time.
On a daily basis I would indulge in some beverages after work and found my self in a bit of a rut as I continued to gain weight, at a rapid pace. The more weight I put on the more fatigued I felt and the less motivation I had to get up and do some exercise.

After tasting the products and seeing other testimonials and results I decided it was time to give this a shot and put my all into it.

My starting weight was 120kg and weighed in on my final day at 110.5kg, a loss of 9.5kgs.
The key to keeping myself on track was preparation of my meals to ensure that I snacked throughout the day and didn't fall into a situation where I was starving.

With my employment I start work at 5am each morning so I would start my day with a berry blast & repair tablet & probiotic. I would attend gym for min half hour session.
Breakfast for me would start at 7am and I would have a MRP along with my vitamins.
I would consume also a MRP for my morning snack.

Lunch time I would consume a small healthy meal along with digest tablets & vitamins.

Afternoon snack I would take my super greens & fibre.

Dinner I would have a healthy option meal along with digest & vitamins once again.

Due to my job, I was on the go constantly until lunch time and this being why I had shakes for the morning.

YOR health has changed my life for the better as its given me energy to get through each day & helped me change my food intake for the better.
