I started this challenge for many reasons, but biggest one was to get into the best shape for my wedding! My fiancé and I started the challenge 8 weeks so we would look our best on our big day. I've done many challenges before, but none were as fun and easy as the YOR Health 8 week challenge.
Being someone who has struggled with depression in the past, I know the importance that healthy nutrition and exercise play on your mental state. Having used tons of other supplements before I can honestly say none have given me the results the YOR Health stuff did.
I saw massive improvements in my mood, my skin, the flatness of my stomach, my energy and general wellbeing. I have always been lean but could never get rid of a bit of stomach bloating, I was always frustrated cause I was 'eating clean', exercising and doing everything I thought. Didn't take long, after a week I noticed the bloating reduce and my stomach flatten. I was blown away by the results I was getting without any extreme dieting! In terms of workout I did 2-3 20 minute jogs per week and lifted a few weights 3-5 times, nothing crazy. It was a great excuse for my fiancé and I to train together and I would highly recommend doing it with a friend or partner. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, honest way to get into the best shape!
