Este es mi tercer reto pero nunca los concluía porque se me pasaba la fecha
Yo utilice el paquete adelgaza. Al iniciar el primer reto yo pesaba 94 kilos y ahorita estoy concluyendo con 77 este nuevo reto. Yo he bajado tallas de estar en una 15 ahorita estoy en 11.
Inicie a ir a un gimnacio pero a consecuencia de una caída que sufrí se me hizo un esguinse en el tobillo y no pude continuar. Espero que para enero ya pueda realizar más ejercicios. Otros beneficios que obtuve es de tener mi colesterol en 270 ahorita lo tengo en 95.
El no poder terminar este reto con el peso que pensé no me va desanimar sí no me va a impulsar para hacer el doble esfuerzo en el próximo reto
