Completing my 1st YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge has been a life changing and powerful achievement for me! I started at an unhealthy 79kg with low self confidence and no motivation to be fit and healthy, and with much persuasion from my partner I decided I had to dive into this challenge NOW... And I'm so glad I did!

From the start I religiously took all the products and saw instant changes in my energy levels and was no longer bloated which was always a problem for me! My favorite products have to be the Yor Digest Ultra, the Yor Super greens and Yor Berry Blast combo and the Yor Repair after the punishing daily workouts! I couldn't go a day without taking my products and it has become a daily habit to get my health 'fix'.

As each week went by I was seeing improvements not only with my health by physically and mentally as well! I have changed positively in so many ways, I don't want this journey to end!
