I'm seriously starting to think " why didn't I do this sooner " . Completing 8 weeks of being on the YOR Health products I'm starting to see REAL changes to myself and my body - I'm so happy that I'm finally achieving goals on not only the way I feel but also becoming a healthier person all round. After baby number 2 , I was constantly lethargic , no energy , feeling sluggish and forever bloated which left me down. Poor food choices and no sleep ( we all know what thats like ) With completing the YOR Health Challenge I have found myself full of energy !!
