It was about this time last year I got serious on my journey to loose some weight. Over my pregnancy I had gained 35 kgs and had stabilised at 85kgs. This was the heaviest I had been and injuries and set backs continued to make it hard to lose the weight. I suffered pretty badly with morning sickness throughout my whole pregnancy an was constantly drained for energy when my daughter was in her first few weeks. I knew I had to make a change.
I made a decision to join my first eight week challenge, an upon completion of eight weeks never submitted photos as I still didn't feel worthy. I repeated this cycle twice before I started working on my mindset as well as my physical appearance.
The last eight week challenge I completed prior to this I submitted in the slim category, there were a lot of fantastic applicants and I did not manage to place.
I commenced this challenge and set myself a goal - to begin #shreddingforsanta an building a set of abs, something I have never actually had before. Upon declaring this to the public, I did recieve some negative comments an people showed some disbelief that Id be able to achieve this goal.
Eight weeks on I'm very proud of my progress. I'm seeing definition in my abs, my back, shoulders an legs. My strength as dramatically improved an my mindset is at a whole new place.
I have kept a lot stricter with my product regime making sure to have my MRP post workout an my greens morning and night! The berry blast has been a fantastic pick me up an the repair has been amazing for my recovery!
But my favourite would be the digest & probiotic! With them I have freedom to eat the foods that make me most happy with no bloating, pain or intolerance symptons!
I take my greens each morning with the fiber an berry blast, mornings when I am to busy for breakfast the MRP is a great replacement, keeps me nice and full!
The digest I take religiously with my main meals, as it has helped me with intolerances an I am now able to eat food pain free, which is something I didn't think would be possible!
The repair is taken morning an night an my probiotics are taken nightly!
I have recently started the superslim which has been taken prior to my main meals and has helped me feel full longer!
I have gone down a full pant size from 12 to 10 an soon will be going down again as my pants aren't fitting well anymore! I'm excited, I've never brought a size 8 before!
