so here's my testimony on how the YORBESTBODY 8WEEKCHALLENGE went for me. So I started off at a lazy 101.4kgs and surpassed my goal weight of 90kgs.so my weight is a stronger, fitter,healthier 86.4kgs. So I've lost 15kgs. So happy with the result. So from the get go I used the YORSHAKE,BERRY BLAST, REPAIR, PROBIOTICS, SUPERGREENS, DIGEST ULTRA,and VITAMINS. So I started everyday off taking the yor repair,and probiotic. Mid morning I'd have my berry blast and supergreens. With lunch I'd have my digest digest ultra, and VITAMINS and dinner, I'd again have my digest ultra n vitamins and just before bed I'd take another repair. So I was taking these religiously. I could not go without them. Now to the exercise part. I've always loved outdoor activities n the gym. So to start off with I was training 6days. Alot of high intensity bodyweight exercises. No gym till the last week of the challenge. So its honestly been awesome, so I'm happy to say that the challenge has had a huge impact on my life, in all area's. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, and spiritualy. It's now a lifestyle, I'm enjoying and ready to again and it's been awesome to share the challenge with others and see there results too.
