Before the 8 week challenge I wasn't in the best shape. I would work out almost everyday and didn't get much result because my eating was bad and I didn't take my products as recommended. Meaning I cheap a lot. But when the challenge came out I was really excited about winning and knowing that I have a goal that I need to accomplish. Also knowing that your competing with everybody in the company excited me. So I started working out 6 days a week, 1 hour a day. After each work out I would take my MRP so I m not eating and messing up my workout. I took my enzyme with every meals I made sure I didn't skip. Pretty much I took all my products and try very hard not to miss anything. After a few days of staying on my products regime I felt so amazing. My energy was sky high, my skin got healthier, I went to the bathroom a lot more, and my preforment at work was a lot better. I can't wait for cycle 2.
