Growing up I did a lot of physical activities so I was pretty fit, but I never realized the importance of proper nutrition and how big of a role it played on my well being. I was in pretty good shape, but I was always tired. I was always sleeping in school and at home, in the car, standing up.. everywhere! And I figured it was how I was normally, but through looking more into nutrition I realized it was what I was eating that was causing me to lack energy, feel tired and always sleep. I was fit, and people would always think I didn't drink soda or even eat fast food, but that was far from the truth! I was eating McDonalds all the time, drinking soda, eating chips, eating late at night, it was bad! This did not make me feel good about myself. Thankfully, a friend of mine introduced me to the NDS, that's when things started to change for me.
