I started the YOR best body challenge as I had put on a lot of weight due to circumstances and stress which lead to stomach ulcers and a lot of pain. My doctor informed me that if I didn't do something about my situation soon I would end up depressed. I was prescribed tablets to help with the ulcers and the bloating/pain that came with them but I was not happy to simply "cover up" the real problem! That's when I phoned my friend who had tried to get me into YOR health months ago but I declined. I started at 74kgs and within a week my ulcer pain was gone and my stomach was not as hard as a rock...from then on I still have not had any issues with stomach! After 9 months of suffering to the point of lying on the floor in a ball to no pain what so ever I felt very silly to have just brushed the products of previously! Every morning I get up, have my slim,repair and probiotic tablets and do about half an hour of light yoga type exercises. After that I make a MRS shake with 1 banana and 1/2 cup of blueberries with chai seeds and have my digestive enzymes, continue to get ready and have my berry blast in the car on my way to work. For smoko I would make raw cocoa balls and have one, lunch was slim tablets, berry blast shake then quinoa and whatever leftovers were from dinner, afternoon snack is normally home made mountain bread chips followed by dinner being meat and steamed veggies mostly and slim tablets and digest enzymes...only ever cooked with coconut oil of course :) after dinner I go to the gym for about 1 1/2 hours working all muscle groups and about 40 mins worth of cardio (cross trainer and treadmill on incline as I hate running)
Once I get home I have my repair tablet which makes such a difference as I am never sore from a workout!
I do this 5 times a week and on the weekends I normally go for a walk or something light and easy.
I've now lost 11kgs and am down to 63kgs and love it!
This stuff has changed my life! I will never stop taking the digest, repair and probiotics!!! My attitude has changed dramatically in all aspects of life...I have a toddler who I have a lot more patience for now aswell :) all in all I want to say THANKYOU YOR health!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
