This was my first 8 Week Challenge i have successfully completed. I had started Challenges before but had never finished them. I started this challenge with my Partner Mark Cullen so we could support each other and encourage each other to stay on track. His support made this Challenge easier to complete because we were doing this together.

Before starting the challenge i weighed 58KGs. At the end of the Challenge I weighed 56KGs. I used all the products throughout the Challenge. I would being my day by having my YOR Supergreens, Berry Blast and Fibre. For breakfast i would have a Smoothie with the YOR Shake. I would take the YOR Super Slim before each meal, and then take a Digest Ultra and Vitamins with each meal. I would have my Probiotics and YOR repair before i went to bed. My favourite products would be the Probiotics and Supergreens.

I exercised 5-6 times per week. I did boxing 4 times a week with Mark in the mornings at 5.30am before work. I love boxing as its a whole body work out that really builds up a sweat. The products really helped with my energy levels which helped me to not feel tired throughout the whole day even after getting up early to train. I am a sweet tooth, but during the challenge i cut down on the "junk" food and ate healthier foods consisting mainly of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. I felt amazing not eating so much sugar and processed foods, and i am really adopting this type of eating as a lifestyle change.

The Challenge has really helped me to feel more confident and happy about myself. Although i am extremely Happy with my results i can see that i can keep improving and I am therefore looking forward to Completing my next 8 Week Challenge. I would really like to thank Mark for all his support throughout the Challenge, without him there keeping me on track I wouldn't have finished the Challenge.
