Well it has been a long 8 weeks! I have signed up multiple times for the 8 week challenge and this is the first time I have actually completed one! :) that is a win in itself.

Working full time, I still found the time to go to the gym every Monday to Friday for 8 weeks straight, which was a massive achievement.

Taking the YOR Health products daily had a lot to do with my success. I took the YOR Supergreens and Berry Blast and YOR MRP (always chocolate) after my morning workout. I would then take my vitamins with my meals if I felt I wasn't getting enough vitamins and minerals from the food. I would end the day with 2 repairs and probiotics which are by far my favorite products.

I have never had an issues with my weight, I have always been the tall, skinny one. But I set out to build muscle mass, tone and improve general fitness. I achieved my goals and built more muscle and toned, especially my arms, shoulders and back. I still have a lot more to improve on, so I can't wait to start the next challenge and hopefully I inspire others to join as well to improve their health and fitness.

A big thank you to Jimmy Oswald for motivating me throughout this challenge and for having to deal with my early morning tantrums! Haha! :) Bring on the next challenge.
