Well after many failed attempts, I am happy to say that I finally completed an 8 week Yor Best Body Challenge, and I can honestly say, i have never felt better.

My whole life, I was always the 'chubby' kid, it didn't matter what I tried, I just could not shift my weight, I eventually came to accept it as it just being so.

I was introduced to YOR Health at a time when I was at my heaviest (93KG) and very unhappy and miserable, I joined purely for the business but never in my wildest dreams could I imagine the impact these products would have on my life.

Starting this challenge, I was at a weight of around 85KG (already lost many KG's from my original weight) and determined to no longer be the fat kid. I had a training plan, I had determination and I had a secret weapon up my sleeve, the Yor Health product range, I could not fail.

I woke up 5 days a week at 5am to get my training in before work, and did this without missing a beat the entire 8 weeks.

I would have a Superblast upon waking (greens and berry blast) and this would give me the energy to get to the gym pumped and ready.

I would take Digest Ultra and the multi vitamins with each of the 3 major meals (It really puts your mind at ease knowing that I am giving my body the vitamins and minerals it needs swell as breaking down all the food I put into my body)

Around 3pm, I would have another Superblast as I would start to feel a little weary from the early morning and this would perk me up instantly.

At bed time, I would take the probiotics and repair ultras and may I just say, wow, the repairs definitely helped me recover between my back to back workouts.

I used the MRP as a post workout protein and added the fibre to it.

This challenge also allowed me to test out the latest offering from Yor Health, Super Slims and these were a game changer, these all natural weight loss supplements are powerhouse pills and a must for any one looking at shifting weight.

I am really happy with the results I achieved this challenge but more importantly, proud that I completed a challenge. I am not satisfied yet with my body but know I'm on the right track and will continue to kick ass.
