Wow, where do i start.

Since starting this challenge 8 weeks ago I was intrigued to see what my results would be like, and to be honest i'm BLOWN AWAY! My entire life I have never looked or felt this way before, I now understand what it really feels like to say that, you see the ad's on television where a person has done a diet or whatever it may be and you hear them say something like that, you really can't understand how good it feels to finally acknowledge this victory for yourself until you actually have a go for yourself.

Its funny because I used to workout regularly and take all the supps under the sun promoting themselves as the next best thing, I was always the guy who couldn't get abs but tried my hardest to. The amount of frustration from this was unbearable, putting in massive effort and achieving minimal results. With these products what I found was the complete opposite, I put in a minimal effort and achieved massive results, its amazing what our body's can do if we feed them with the correct fuel.

This is my first challenge and it definitely wont be my last, i'm gunning to win the 2015 championship, with the support of my friends family and the massive help from these products i know i'm a sure contender.
