Curiosa la forma en la cual responde el cuerpo al cambio de rutina.

No logre mi objetivo de peso, de hecho subí casi 3 lb mas reduje mi cintura de 34-35 a 33, volviendo a utilizar los pantalones que tenia mas de 10 años no utilizaba. Logré reducir 8% mi grasa corporal, cerrando el ciclo con 15%.

El Yor shake funciona de maravilla, es la base para todo. Desgraciadamente el reto se cruzo con las vacaciones de Semana Santa y mi falta de disciplina impidió lograra cumplir con mi meta.

Algo curioso y que también influyo: deje de tomar los probioticos por casi un mes y mi estomago me lo reclamo, eso también influyo fuertemente en mi ejercicio ya que durante casi 3 semanas reduje al mínimo el jogging.
