Ever since I was a young kid, I've always struggled to put on weight, let alone muscle mass. Since graduating secondary education, I have majorly decreased my lean muscle mass to be a stand alone twig, with a beer belly. I used to eat like a horse to try and put on as much weight as possible but I never achieved this goal. I changed my lifestyle choices and habits to see what worked and what didn't work, to only end up at the exact same place; being small.
Since trialling the YOR Health Products, I have increased my level exercise, I have been getting stronger, and finally, I have started to gain weight.
Today I start my 8 Week Challenge, and never before have I been more excited to see what my body is capable of. For once in my life, I am confident in the products I'm using as they have already helped me achieve my goal of gaining weight. My ideal weight after the 8 week challenge is to be 78kg, in the hope that I would have gained 4 kg of lean muscle mass. With the high to very high intensity exercise I will be undergoing, I know this is possible, through the correct nutrition and exercise.
