This is the 3rd challenge I entered and after only finishing 1 out of the previous ones I was determined to push through this one. After just having hernia surgery a few weeks before the start of this challenge, it started off slowly.

I started just over 100kg and finished at 95kg which was 1kg off my original goal weight but with some heavy sessions at the gym I was very happy with the outcome, despite the challenges.

I used the full range of products which included the vitamins with my meals, the digest with any large meals and replaced some meals with the MRP where I knew only an unhealthy choice was available. One thing I always enjoyed the flavour of was adding the supergreens to the MRP, definitely tastes great!

My usual daily routine of products was:

- 2 x Vitamins and 1 x Digest with Breakfast
- 2 x Vitamins, MRP, Greens and Fibre for Lunch
- 1 x Digest with Dinner
- 2 x Repair and 1 x Probiotic before bed

I also used to have the BerryBlast on my gym days throughout my session and then added the SuperSlim to the daily routine for the last 2 weeks.

My training during this challenge was very low in the initial stages after surgery but went back to a routing of 3-4 weights sessions with my trainer. My job has me on my feet for most of the day so no extra exercise was added in.

I’m really feeling this challenge, even though I didn’t reach my original goal, has been the best one yet as I’ve realised what is possible with a few slight changes to the daily routine. I’m feeling a lot more energy even than before and my cravings for snacks and other temptations have somewhat almost vanished which has helped the weight loss as well. Looking forward to 2015 with the changes that I have seen and will continue to have now with this routine.
