Este ciclo casi me mantuve igual, no tuve la oportunidad de hacer ejercicio como en el ciclo anterior pero me da gusto saber que he podido mantener mi peso a pesar de todo. Durante este ciclo estuve consumiendo YOR Probiotics a las 6 am al levantarme, a continuacion YOR MRP a las 9:30 am como desayuno, posteriomente tome YOR Super Greens a las 11:30 am algunas veces solamente agua y otras con la conjunción de Berry Blast, luego a la hora de la comida usualmente 2:30 pm dos tabletas de YOR Essential Vitamins y una capsula de YOR Digest, por la noche solia cenar con mi capsula de YOR Digest y ya para finalizar antes de dormir YOR Repair.
He de ser sincera, YOR me ha ayudado muchisimo con mis padecimientos de los huesos, ya se que mucha gente considera que estoy demasiado joven para tener problemas de acido urico y artritis pero geneticamente fue lo que me toco, decidi aceptarlo pero gracias a YOR he podido mejorar mucho mi calidad de vida y todos mis malestares han disminuido.
