Before entering the 8 week body challenge I was 78.5KG. I wasn't in the best physical or health condition.I was eating a lot of Thai food, and wasnt doing too much physical exercise. My energy level was very up and down. During the challenge I felt my energy level go to a new high level, I am waking alot more refreshed on minimal sleep, I was motivated to join the gym again and have the energy to workout at least 6 times a week after work.I have been the products 2-3 times a day. This healthy happy mindset created influenced me to clean my complete diet- I have been mainly eating chicken, salad, and fruit.I have also stopped drinking alcohol. My final weight has been dropped dramatically to 72.4KG (2.6KG below my goal weight so I'm stoked). I must say the products and entering the challenge really has put me back into my happy healthy lifestyle which I once had about 14 years ago. THANK YOU YOR HEALTH!!
