Mipeso era de 103 kilos y actualmente es de 95, los productos que he estado usando es el RMP de chocolate mezclado con el suoergreen y las cápsulas de completburn. To esto acompañado por una hora de ejercicio en spinning y correr 4 km diarios. El rmp junto con supergreen, lo tomo por las mañanas como desayuno junto con dos capsulas de complet burn. Al mediodia me tomo un almuerzo ligero acompañado por dos cápsulas de yor digest ultra, y en la tarde repito la toma de dos cápsulas despues de comer.
