Hello Yor Health Family!

My name is Leesa Kunde, I'm 24 years old, I'm from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
I joined the 8 week challenge for the same reason most of you did, to get back to an old self/weight.

I've always struggled with my weight from a very young age and even more so as an adult. I was always an active kid, I grew up dancing and boxing. But it wasn't until I left school and got an office job when the real struggle set in. I didn't know how much weight I put on until one day my work shirt split open and that was the moment I had to make a change.

When I started the challenge, my goal was to lose 8kg in 8 weeks. My initial weight was 76kg, the heaviest I've ever been and today I'm 69kg and I couldn't have done it without these great products and great friends.
