These products were recommended to me by a friend. I wanted to try them as I wanted something that fitted easily into my lifestyle & didn't require me to do excessive amounts of exercise for them to work. I work awful hours with my job; sometimes starting at 2am & sometimes finishing at 1am & there is no consistency in my roster. It makes it so hard for me to stay motivated to exercise & eat healthy. I play anywhere between 6-11 games of indoor netball every week but despite this still can not manage to successfully lose weight & keep it off. This is so frustrating for me as I play in A grade but just don't have the edge because my weight slows down. I have always been a fit active person but I've never looked active. I have tried so many things to get the weight off including using Duromine & many diets. I wanted something that would give me energy & nourish my body inside & out without having to do hours of meal prepping like I have in the past.
