What an awesome way to finish the year and prepare for 2015! This was my 5th challenge cycle and the first since winning the Best Body Championship earlier this year.
I love being on the challenge for the fun, accountability, maintaining previous results and achieving new ones too!
The focus for me this challenge was to bring back abdominal definition and also improve the shape of my legs and hips. I'm proud of the results I've achieved and am excited to keep pushing the limits in the next round.
To achieve these results, I used the Go Green set plus the YOR Shake every day. I love ending the day with Repairs & Probiotics and then starting the next day with SuperGreens, Fibre Plus and Berry Blasts. This combination gets everything working properly, keeps my tummy flat and boosts energy, which is fantastic with an 18 month old daughter at home and not a lot of time to think or prepare.
I use the Digest & Vitamins with lunch and dinner, and have a Shake in the afternoons (and sometimes breakfast too!).
I joined a gym this challenge (finally!) and have been having some personal training sessions to understand how to adjust the shape of my body and refine what I am doing with exercise. I exercise 1-2 times per week and eat reasonably clean. I have learned the value of good nutrition - our bodies are a result of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, so I love how simple the YOR system is for getting results!
Participating in the challenge has been an incredible journey for me for the past 15 months and the products are now part of daily life in our family. YOR Health has been the trigger for living a healthier life, making better choices and getting excited about what is possible- physically and mentally.
I am on a mission to break the paradigms of mums who have given up on themselves and feel unworthy of their dream body. I want to keep pushing the boundaries and help these women regain confidence, happiness and self worth. YOR Health is a critical part of this journey and I am excited for the next steps!
