Just completed my 8 week challenge using YOR HEALTH products. I purchased the Slim package.
My favourite products are the meal replacement shake and berry blast which I use every day. I have found the shake is great for replacing lunch, in the middle of a busy work day. It dissolves easily, tastes great and reduces my craving for eating rubbish. The berry blast has been good at reminding me to drink more water, as I dilute it in volumes of 600 mls each time. I always have one just before I ride my push bike home from work in the hot afternoons.
My regular exercise is riding the bike to work. Each week I cover over 70 kms. I consider my general life style as pretty active. I also walk/hike regularly and do a little standup paddle boarding and canoeing.
I have always tried to maintain my weight within an acceptable range, but I tend to slip back into bad habits.
I consider the 8 week challenge as the start of a new future to keeping good eating habits and regular exercise. Not to mention, I still haven't reached my original target weight !
I recently attended our work Christmas party. I felt great, was very comfortable in a slim fitting dress and had so much confidence and energy, that I danced and partied all evening. I am still getting compliments from my work colleagues, of how great I looked.
I am 49 next year, my husband and I have many exciting plans. First up....17 days in Tasmania, enjoying the spectacular national parks with day and overnight walks.
