Wow it has definitely been a fun experience getting back into training! From training 6 times a week to dramatically stopping in March, my body hasn't been the same which made me feel not confident about myself. I made that decision for a reason to focus on other things or maybe that was just the excuse I was telling myself.
When I decided to do the 8 week challenge it was for that reason to start feeling great about my body and sexy!
Mentally as well I was lacking a bit of energy therefore not making the best food choices.
The last 8 weeks have been great! I'm very happy with the results and looking forward to the next challenge as I'm going to amplify!!!
I have been using all the products except for the Super Slim so I will be adding that to my next challenge. Training 3 times a week with a trainer and walking the dogs twice as well. With eating, since getting everything aligned correctly its encouraged me to eat better with a few little cheat meals ;)
Thank you to Yor Health for getting me back on track!!!
