Cuando empezé este reto pesaba 148lbs. Mi meta era bajar al menos 10lbs, pero ha sido un poco dificil porque tengo una adicción a los carbohidratos. Es algo con lo que he combatido todo el tiempo, yo pensabe que asi eran mis gustos pero desde que conocía al DR Boolkwalter me di cuenta que lo que yo tenía era una adicción.
Me he tomado los productos todos los días y ha disminuido mi antojo por los azúcares y carbohidratos. Tomo la malteada como desayuno, ingiero una comida balanceada y ceno algunas veces malteada o huevo, jamon, ensalda. Como snack como una barra de granola o me tomo mi supergreens.
Como ejercicio solo corría de dos a tres veces por semana. Hubo semanas que no hice ejercicio, sin embargo puedo ver que hubo un cambio en mi cuerpo y baje de peso.
