My Journey of my 8 week challenge, was to work towards my fitness goal of losing weight. For years I have struggled with poor knowledge of nutrition, exercise and supplements - what I like most about Yor Health is that the products are plant based and all work in sync with each other and easy to use. With Yor Health do you not only reach your goals but it help set you up with a new healthier life style. My energy levels improved dramatically this was all due to the Yor Health products. My mornings started off with a Yor Supergreen mixed with Yor Fibre Plus. I used the Yor MRP for my breakfast, with my lunch/dinner I took a Yor Digest Ultra/Yor Essential Vitamin. I ended the day by taking Yor Probiotic Ultra. With my new abundance of energy my job as a busy preschool teacher was easier, i no longer need that cup of coffee in the afternoon instead I replaced it with a Yor Berry Blast. With training my energy increased, I train 4-6 days a week. Three of these are with my amazing trainer who actually introduced me to Yor Health.
