Thank you YOR HEALTH for making these past 8 weeks the best 8 weeks! I feel more energetic, happier and healthier.
This is my first 8 week challenge, and I am so impressed with how quickly I felt the effects of the products. My goal was to tone, loose fat and gain lean body mass. I started at 52.4 kgs and ended on 51.3kgs, with my body fat being 17% which I'm really happy about. I have lost an inch off my hips, which is somewhere that no matter what exercise I did, would not change.
I went to the gym 5/6 times a week, 30 minute sessions, with a combination of weight training, cardio and Body Balance classes, which helped to keep a positive mindset and stretch my worked muscles. I also took part in a Saturday morning bootcamp to rally push myself.
My daily routine was:
Upon rising - YOR fibre, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast. Tastes amazing and really set me up for the day.
Meals with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and a YOR Digest Ultra with every cooked meal to aid digestion. I knew this worked as I no longer felt fatigued after eating.
Before/during a workout - YOR Berry Blast. This gave me the energy I needed, allowing me to push further and harder than I ever could before.

Before bed - YOR Probiotics Ultra
I have never had this much energy before and all my friends have noticed a difference. I would normally feel sleepy after eating, but after only a few days, this disappeared. My drive to go to the gym before the challenge was quite small, but with my new found confidence, I've found my love for the gym again.
I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge, and will be completing a second challenge to see even better results.
