This started as a weight loss challenge for me however with the gym work I started build mussel and lose the fat, hence I did not meet my goal weight but the overall change in my body shape has more than made up for not meeting my weight target.
Products used: YOR Digest Ultra, with every meal, YOR Essential Vitamin, 5 tablets per day, YOR Probiotics Ultre 1 per night and Supergreens twice a day.
I exercised 2 to 3 times per week at Discovery Personal Training, rode my road bike 110km p/w and ran twice a week 6 km each. This was combined with skiff sailing every Saturday.
The impact the challenge has had on my life is a new appreciation on ensuring you eat the correct food along with additional suppliants and training all combine to build a better me.
The group I have trained with have been a consent inspiration and kept me motivated (couldn't done it without them).
I will continue with my "new life style" as I have never felt better.
