This 8 week challenge has been both challenging and rewarding in so many aspects. I have made changes to my diet, changes to my training and as a result my mindset has also changed. I am more focused, have better self-esteem and self-respect and finally I believe that I am capable of achieving almost anything.
I've not only been able to increase my training routine, I've done better at University than ever before and I've met a guy who likes me just the way I am, and treats me in a way that I deserve.

I used Supergreens, Choc MRP and Complete burn. I used Supergreens about 5 days a week, Choc MRP about 4 days a week and Complete Burn before every workout.

Before the 8 week challenge I was training once a week. I always wanted to do more and it was something I aimed to do but never did. When I started the 8 week challenge I knew I had to step it up to shift the weight! So I started training between 3-5 sessions a week.

I even began training twice in one day at least one day a week. I am dependant on my exercise routine now, and try to do something everyday. I often feel unsatisfied if I don't do anything.

I have been impressed and proud of my own progress but I have acknoweldged that this is only the beginning. I have so much more effort and energy to dedicate. I know that it is a slow and steady process and that this is a lifestyle development, not just 8 weeks.

I cannot wait to embark on the next 8 weeks, because I know I have more in me.

I am also looking forward to trying a few more products such as pro-biotics, repair ultra and Berry Blast because I've definitley felt the affects of Supergreens in particular. I definitley feel better when I consume the alkalising product when I endure aerobic exercise. I love the edge that the Complete Burn gives me when I am in need and the MRP take away those chocolate milkshake cravings,while assisting my body in fueling and repairing.
